Schedule a Visit
Our program is designed for people who are serious about becoming Licensed Massage Therapists in West Virginia. If you will need to be licensed in a different state, please contact us and we will help you gather the information you need.
Step 1 - Visit and Interview
Join us for an on-site interview to help both you and the school staff get a sense of how good a fit our massage school is for your life and goals. If you like, we can schedule a time for you to observe in class in progress as well.
Step 2 - Complete Application
Formally express your intention to join us in our mission and step into the massage therapy profession by completing our brief application. Be prepared to write a short essay; We really want to get to know you! You'll be able to indicate which start dates and times of day work the best for you so we can contact you when we have a cohort that meets your needs.
Step 3 - Join Us
Accepted students for each cohort will recieve an invitation to spend time together with us and each other at the school. Get to know your classmates and start to see your dreams becoming reality. You can sign a contract that day or take a few days to think it over.

Our next group will meet in the morning and begin June 16, 2025. Now is the perfect time to schedule an interview! January 2025 Admissions Timeline

Classes will run: January 6, 2025 through August 29, 2025
Weekday evenings from 6:00 to 10:00pm
Now - October 18, 2024
Applications are open. Fill in the application online and schedule an interview with one of our staff. We will accept applications after this date only if the class is not already full
October 25, 2024
Acceptance and waiting list decisions go out with contracts. Sign and send your $500 deposit to save your spot. You may also choose to decline or defer your enrollment to give your spot to someone on the waiting list.
November 25, 2024
Join us for Accepted Students’ Day! This is a sample class day where you get to meet your future classmates and either pick up your books and uniforms if you’re already committed, or use the day to get a sense of whether massage school is right for you right now, if you’re still undecided.
November 29, 2024
This is the last day to commit with a contract and deposit. Any remaining unfilled spots will be filled from the waiting list after this date.
