Full Program Lead Instructor
- Requirements
- -Two years of massage experience
- -Either an LMT or health professional (physician, dentist, chiropractor, osteopath, registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or acupuncturist)

- -Cooperate with instructional team
- -Demonstrate respect for self, students, coworkers, and the massage profession
- Responsibilities
- -Follow the program curriculum to prepare lesson plans for each class
- -Open the school ahead of student arrival and close after class
- -Maintain the general cleanliness of the classroom
- -Deliver lectures and demonstrations and lead practice, making constructive use of the classroom hours
- -Evaluate student progress and keep records of such
- Pay
- -$30 per contact hour, $25 per hour in mandatory meetings, trainings, and workshops

Course Instructor
Requirements-Two years of massage experience or experience in the feild of the assigned course
Expectations-Continue learning-Maintain licensure-Cooperate with instructional team-Report to lead instructor-Demonstrate respect for self, students, coworkers, and the massage profession
Responsibilities-Follow the course outline to prepare lesson plans for each class-Open the school ahead of student arrival and/or close after class depending on when the assigned course takes place in the day.-Maintain the general cleanliness of the classroom-Deliver lectures and demonstrations and lead practice, making constructive use of the classroom hours-Evaluate student progress for the course assigned and deliver records of such to the program director or lead instructor.
Pay-$25 per contact hour, $25 per hour in mandatory meetings, trainings, and workshops
Other Compensation-We cannot promise any paid time off, health insurance, etc. during this initial phase of operation.
Pre-open planning
Requirements-Two years of education experience-Two years of massage experience
Expectations-Cooperate extensively with program director-Keep track of hours worked-Work efficiently and within the guidelines set by the program director
Responsibilities-Follow the program curriculum to prepare a syllabus for each course-Select and shop for books and supporting materials
Pay-$20 per hour, self reported
Other Compensation-We cannot promise any paid time off, health insurance, etc. during this initial phase of operation.
Substitute Instructor
Requirements-Two years of massage experience
Expectations-Continue learning-Maintain licensure-Cooperate with instructional team-Demonstrate respect for self, students, coworkers, and the massage profession
Responsibilities-Follow the lesson plans set by the instructor-Open the school ahead of student arrival and/or close after class, as necessary-Maintain the general cleanliness of the classroom-Deliver lectures and demonstrations and lead practice, making constructive use of the classroom hours-Report back to the instructor regarding student progress
Pay-$20 per contact hour, $25 per hour in mandatory meetings, trainings, and workshops
Other Compensation-We cannot promise any paid time off, health insurance, etc. during this initial phase of operation.
Topic/Guest Instructor
Requirements-Certification in the topic-Teach no more than 6 hours
Expectations-Be an expert-Cooperate with instructional team-Demonstrate respect for self, students, coworkers, and the massage profession
Responsibilities-Fill a specific need in the curriculum as outlined by the lead instructor and/or program director-Maintain the general cleanliness of the classroom-Deliver lectures and demonstrations and lead practice, making constructive use of the classroom hours-Evaluate students grasp of the topic and present records of such to the course or lead instructor
Pay-$25 per contact hour, $25 per hour in mandatory meetings, trainings, and workshops
Other Compensation-We cannot promise any paid time off, health insurance, etc. during this initial phase of operation.
